Special upgrade procedures applicable to the JumpBox for Gallery
When restoring to the JumpBox for Gallery version 1.1.4 from earlier versions of the JumpBox, you will encounter an upgrade wizard after the restore. The process is straightforward, but the following information will be helpful:
- You can ignore warnings on the System Check page regarding file integrity.
- On the page where you are asked to provide a password, you will need to SSH in to the JumpBox and issue the following command:
sed -n '/^\$.*setup.password/s/.*, *\(.*\));$/\1/p' /var/data/gallery/config.php | tr -d \'
- This command will print the required password on the terminal.
- You may skip the database backup when that option is offered to you.
- In virtually all cases you can accept the defaults and click "Proceed" through to the end of the wizard.
