Magento makes a distinction between customer accounts and administrator accounts. These two account types have separate login screens, and the usernames and passwords used are totally separate. When you first start using the JumpBox for Magento, there are no customer accounts, and only one administrator account, which is what you should use to log in. To reach the correct login screen, type the following into your browser:
Where IP is the IP address of your JumpBox. Make sure you don't use the "My Account" or the "Log in" links in Magento, which take you to the customer login page.
