NotesAttachment corruption in versions 1.1.13 - 1.1.15There is a bug in versions 1.1.13 - 1.1.15 of that JumpBox that, under certain conditions, can corrupt attachments when restoring from backups. If you are running one of these JumpBoxes, and you notice that binary attachments such as ZIP files and images are corrupt, email support@jumpbox.com and we will work with you to fix this issue. OTRS::ITSMInstallation of OTRS::ITSM can be done according to the instructions available in the OTRS::ITSM Installation Guide. There are some extra steps that must be taken after the installation is complete, because the JumpBox ships with a different theme to the default.
