Will a JumpBox run on Hyper-V?

Yes, although you have to do a bit of a tap dance to make it work and it's not an officially-supported platform at this time. See this 5min screencast for the steps involved in setting it up: JumpBox on Hyper-V

With the release of Hyper-V R2 (and Windows 2008 R2) the VHD compatible disks that we ship with the JumpBox not longer work effortlessly with Hyper-V. They can, however, be converted for use with the VHD Resizer provided for free by the folks at vmToolkit. All you need to do is convert your root.hdd and usr.hdd (for JumpBoxes that include one) to a 2GB dynamic sized VHD. More details to come soon. The data.vhd disk file does not need to be modified.
